| Description | Please join for a communal celebration of local, sustainably produced food, our Green Feast! The event begins at 4 p.m. in The Ecology Center gardens and will feature a sumptuous meal prepared by guest chef Richard Mead, of Orange County''s renowned Sage Restaurants. Featuring fresh caught seafood, seasonal vegetables, and free range meats, dinner will be served family-style in an intimate, outdoor setting. For each course, the local producer will share a brief story of how each particular item journeyed to our table.While at the center, guests are invited to join their neighbors in a tour of a working organic farm to explore concepts in ecological agriculture and local food production.
